We're a husband-and-wife team based in Star, Idaho — two people who fell in love with the idea that technology should feel personal, not cold. ManiFlow started as a conversation between us about how neighborhood nail salons deserved the same sophisticated customer tools that enterprise brands take for granted.
We're both working professionals building ManiFlow on the side, with the goal of making it our full-time mission. Every feature we ship is driven by real feedback from real salon owners.

Vincent T. Nguyen
Co-Founder & CEO
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Vincent is a Technical Account Manager at Twilio (since February 2022), where he helps enterprises build on top of communications APIs — before that, he spent five years at Cisco Systems. He brings that same builder's mindset to ManiFlow, leading product strategy, engineering, and go-to-market. When he's not shipping features, you'll find him on a trail in the Idaho mountains or camping with his wife.
Thi My D. Luong (Dia)
Co-Founder & COO
Originally from Vietnam, she taught English to K–9th grade students before moving to the United States. She now works at McClure Dental Lab (since July 2025) and brings warmth, operational precision, and a deep understanding of what great customer experiences look like. At ManiFlow she leads customer success, partnerships, and the day-to-day rhythms that keep the company moving. She is also the household's undisputed best cook.
