Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the booking tools, website, and SMS messaging program operated by MANIFLOW LLC ("ManiFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Booking and verification

When you book an appointment, you confirm that the information you submit (including your first name, last name, and phone number) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the phone number you provide. We use a one-time verification code to confirm ownership of the phone number before reserving your slot.

SMS program

By opting in, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from ManiFlow at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellations and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, reply directly to your booking confirmation text message or contact your salon location. You may also reach us by email at vincent@getmaniflow.com. Cancellation policies (including any same-day cancellation fees) are set by the individual salon and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
