This Privacy Policy describes how MANIFLOW LLC ("ManiFlow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use our online booking service and SMS messaging program. By using our service, you also agree to our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
When you book an appointment with us we collect your first name, last name, phone number, the service you requested, your preferred date and time, and a one-time verification code you enter during checkout. We also collect the messages you exchange with our SMS receptionist when you reply to texts we send you.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to confirm and manage your appointment, send you transactional and informational messages about your booking, and improve the experience over time. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS messaging and consent
By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box during booking, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from ManiFlow at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may receive support by replying HELP.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Data retention
We retain appointment records and SMS opt-in data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
