SMS Messaging Terms

Program description

MANIFLOW LLC ("ManiFlow") operates an appointment text-messaging program for nail salons that use our booking service. The program sends account-related and customer-care messages: one-time verification codes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes (reschedule, cancellation, running-late updates), and occasional booking-related offers from the salon you booked with.

How to opt in

You opt in on a salon's ManiFlow booking page (e.g. getmaniflow.com/book) by entering your mobile number to receive a verification code and checking the optional consent box, which states: "I agree to receive appointment texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Consent is not a condition of booking — you can complete a booking without opting in to ongoing texts.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP(or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop receiving messages — you'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or contact us at vincent@getmaniflow.com or (208) 248-7311. To re-subscribe, reply START, YES, UNSTOP, or SUBSCRIBE, or opt in again at booking.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services used to deliver your messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
